I am the Program Director for K- 6 Programs at the South Pierce County Branch. I grew up in a small California town where I was fortunate enough to have incredible parents who inspired me to always follow my dreams, and instilled in me a love for sports, nature, and the world around me and to appreciate each day.

I moved to the Puget Sound area after High School and attended both Tacoma Community College and Pierce College in Steilacoom.  After school, I returned to California where I found an amazing job that changed my life forever; Education Director for The Boys & Girls Club of Palm Springs.  Over five years at the Palm Springs Club, I moved from Education Director, to Program Director and eventually Unit Director.  The training, love and support of the Boys & Girls Club made me realize I had found my dream career.  Gaining a position with The Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound allowed me to relocate with my family back to the Pacific Northwest and to continue my career with an organization I truly love and believe in.
