Samantha
graduated from Western Washington
University in 2001 with a BA in
English. Samantha’s experience with
the Boys & Girls Club movement
started in 2002 when she was hired
as the Director of Grants for the
Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget
Sound. She is responsible for all
grant writing activities including
researching, proposal writing,
tracking, and reporting to raise
money for operations, programs, and
capital campaigns.
Samantha is also a board member of the Puget Sound Grant writers’ Association (PSGA) and is the committee chair for the South Sound PSGA program committee which plans and implements programs to meet the needs of the South Puget Sound grant writing community.
Samantha and her husband live in Milton and in her leisure time, Samantha enjoys snowboarding, reading and writing children’s literature, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
